OK. This time it's for real (as Toby Mac said). I am fed up or, as Joe Cross put it: Fat, sick and nearly dead.

After trying every diet (most recently HCG and Atkins) and actually gaining 20 lbs. over the past two years, I am ready to go hardcore and do a juice fast. Even the words, "day juice fast," sound intimidating!

I ordered a powerful Breville juicer today from Amazon.com, which will replace the one I bought a year ago when I first watched Joe Cross' movie, and which is too small and wimpy for daily juicing.


This juicer has a reservoir for the fiber and is 1000 watts!

Today I am reading up on juicing and tomorrow will post more stats and pictures. Found out that Joe Cross' web site has a Forum and I will start exploring that.
