Juicing! Day 2

So, I jumped in with both feet. My Breville juicer arrived on Friday and Saturday morning (yesterday) I started juicing. My plan is to to have a fruit smoothie in the morning (strawberries, blueberries and water with a pack of Stevia sweetener), and then two 32 oz. bottles of green vegetable juice during the day. My recipe: 2 cucumbers, 2 celery stalks, 1 lemon, handful of kale, a pinch of ginger and 2 Granny Smith apples. Felt great the first day.

On Day 2 (today) I added a little, spinach, water mellon and zucchini to the the batch.

Here are my stats:

Day 1 weight = 239.6
Day 2 weight = 235.6
